Привет. Ищу советы чтобы убить своих тараканов. Всё дело в том что по работе приходится делать телефонные звонки и предлагать сотрудничество в бизнесе. Мой товар это не какой-то например Амвей, но всё время когда делаю звонок то мне кажется что вот люди меня воспринимают как продавца из телемагазина всякого фуфла и автоматически занижается самооценка. Я уже не мало в этом бизнесе, почти 2 года, и приобрёл хороших партнёров, но этого не достаточно. Т.е. чтобы развивать бизнес я постоянно должен искать новых представителей и расширять сбыт, а это на прямую зависит от количества совершенных звонков и завязанных знакомств. Друзья, посоветуйте какую-нить книгу или лекцию как стать отмороженным и совершать телефонные звонки по 100 раз на день не задумываясь о левых мыслях что кто-то как-то не так воспримет.

Занимался подобным много лет, из опыта сам вывел волшебную фразу " Я хотел бы поговорить с человеком который..., " Короче именно нужно говорить "я хотел бы поговорить..." фраза безотказная т.е. либо соединяют ,либо говорят с кем лучше пообщатся, отрицательное реакции никогда не было.) Я говорю - позовите директора! Если спрашивают зачем, говорю,что хотел бы познакомится и узнать чем можем оказаться полезными друга для друга. Потом вкраце о сути предложения и назначаю встречу для переговоров. Из 10 звоноков обычно - 5-8 соглашаются на встречу.

ИМХО, пойми это самая ГЛАВНАЯ хрень в бизнесе. Не будет холодных звонков - бизнес загнется.

Кстати тоже мечтаю об этом. Пока левые мысли так бьют по башке что после пары звонков делаю перерывы.

Почитай хорошие книги:
Шиффман Стивен "Техники холодных звонков"(очень очень крутая)
"Фейерверк волшебства" сорри атворов не помню..

авторы "Фейерверк волшебства" В. Долохов и В. Гурангов. Только не знаю, чем эта книга поможет при холодных звонках. Хотя, чтиво очень занимательное)
